If you didn’t click “Mark Payment Completed”, this order will be automatically cancelled when the time expired. Meanwhile, the seller’s coins will be unlocked and released back to them.
If you have paid the seller but didn’t click “Mark Payment Completed”, please follow the instructions below:
- If the original offer is still available, place the same order again, then click “Mark Payment Completed”. Provide your cancelled order information and payment receipt to the seller, then ask the seller to release the coins.
- If the original offer has been retreated, view the buyer’s contact info in the order(ex: phone, WeChat). Ask the seller to refund your money or release the coins immediately after you place the order again.
- If the original offer has been retreated and you cannot reach the seller, contact customer service immediately.
